Stacy Stephens retains and reserves the right to modify, update, and change the Terms of Use for all digital designs, images, and kits at anytime with or without notice. It is the customer’s/user’s responsibility to check that they are using the most current Terms of Use.
If you create art and scrap layouts exclusively for yourself, no credit is required.
However, if you plan to share images online that you created with my products, please credit me as:
'Stacy Stephens' or a direct link to my shop or store blog!
I PROHIBIT THE UNAUTHORIZED USE OF MY KITS, CLUSTERS, ETC.
What this means is, if you did not not download it directly from my website, you are not authorized to use it!
All materials, designed by owners & creators of the Stacy Stephens website/shop, or included within the digital kits and clusters, including but not limited to images and text, are protected by copyright under U.S. copyright law, international conventions, and other copyright laws. You cannot use the content of your purchase from Stacy Stephens, except as specified herein.
You agree to follow all instructions within these terms and are limited in the way you may use the content of your purchase from Stacy Stephens.
Stacy Stephens grants you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the images in the Stacy Stephens digital kit or digital cluster packs, printables or other items marked Personal Use, that you purchase and download in the following ways:

Digital Graphic Artistry Kits / Art Journal Kits / Digital Background or Element Packs:
- You MAY create completed PHYSICAL junk journals and scrapbooks
- You MAY NOT use my junk journal kits to create your own junk journal kits! These are to create totally new products...like cards, completed journals for sale, and art work for sale
- DO NOT resale my individual papers and sheets.
- DO NOT ever repackage and sell as your own kit
- These kits are to utilize in creating your own books, cards, artwork for commercial use...not for creating commercial use kits for sale.
YOU MAY NOT:
-DO NOT claim my graphics, clusters, kit elements as your own.
-Share any of my kit elements, in full or singular, under ANY circumstance! I prohibit the file sharing, kit sharing, of any of my paid to
use products. If friends or family like my graphics, send them to my blog to download them directly!
-Again, if you intend to use my graphics to create images inside your own scrapbook kits or art journal kits, THEY CANNOT BE PUT INSIDE
YOUR KITS AS IS! They must be collaged, changed, altered, added to, taken away from...totally changed from the original image I create!
-Split up my kits or use ANY of my elements, tubes, or backgrounds for use inside your own kits, collage sheets, or packages for sell WITHOUT
altering them by 40%.
-NO freebies may be created with my kits! Only sell items. Do not offer free clusters, art dolls, etc.
-NEVER share, or make available, any of my images to any 3rd party! By downloading my kits, you agree by the terms and statute that you are downloading the images for YOUR USE ONLY.
-Never share any of the elements or images 'as is' or even in altered forms. They must be used to construct a new piece of flattened artwork (rather digital or hard print)
If you upload images using my graphics to your blogs or pages please credit me as 'Stacy Stephens' If it's possible, please also leave a link back to my shop. This helps me gain traffic, and the more traffic the more things I am likely to sell, this helps me fund my art hobby so I can keep creating kits and freebies for you!
LIMITED LIABILITY
Stacy Stephens shall not be held liable for any loss or damages resulting from the use of the images from any purchase. I also will not be
held responsible for the loss of your files due to computer issues or other reasons. PLEASE ALWAYS BACK UP YOUR PURCHASES!
LEGAL COPYRIGHT DISCLAIMER
All of my images are created exclusively by me.
I may sometimes be inspired by other artists, themes, or artworks...but all the images are my original images and are copyright to me.
I do utilize various AI programs in creating some images, however they are always cut, pasted, collaged and over-painted to result in original compositions.
Any resemblance to any other artwork, kit, or image is strictly coincidental.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ALL TERMS, CONDITIONS, POLICIES AND RULES APPLY TO MY FREEBIE KITS AND PRINTABLES AS WELL AS PRODUCTS FOR SALE!
I retain the rights to, and may change my policies and rules in the future if I see fit. It is your responsibility to check back periodically for any changes made!
